When registering the shipment, CDEK staff will check the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment. Payment will be made for the larger of the two values. Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 5000 = Volumetric weight (kg).

How is the tariff calculated, what does it include?

Our rates include customs clearance for low-value items only. Import and export duties, local and customs duties, taxes / VAT on transport services are not included in our rates.
